Are you a motor carrier or freight broker?
No.
Box Dawg does not operate as a motor carrier, freight broker, or transportation intermediary.​ Clients retain full transportation authority and regulatory responsibility. Box Dawg executes operational support services only.

SERVICES & SCOPE
Do you dispatch loads?
We execute dispatch after client approval and within agreed parameters.
Clients retain final decision authority.
Do you communicate directly with drivers?
Yes, depending on the selected service tier. Driver communication and coordination are core components of Tier 2 and Tier 3 services.
Do you handle routing and route changes?
Yes. We prepare routes, optimize schedules, and manage adjustments based on operational conditions. Final approval remains with the client.
Do you handle Hours of Service (HOS)?
We support HOS-aware planning and monitoring. We do not certify, edit, or assume responsibility for HOS compliance.
Do you handle compliance, DQFs, or audits?
We provide compliance-aware administrative support such as tracking, organization, and audit preparation. We do not certify compliance or provide legal or regulatory sign-off.

What happens if payment is missed?
Services may be suspended immediately if payment is not received in advance of the applicable service period.
DATA, PRIVACY & SECURITY
How is my data handled?
Client data is used only for service delivery and operational support. We do not sell, trade, or misuse client information.
